The Technology Services Division offers a full suite of field service management services throughout the UK and Europe to our customers 24/7, including technical exchange, break/fix repair and project related services. We can provide a full end to end solution or just a selection of these services and we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor our support offerings to fit our customer’s needs and requirements.
In order to keep pace with ever evolving markets we support a wide range of equipment and technologies. Our continuous training programs ensure the highest quality of service and a commitment to get it right first time.
Our field services are supported by a full logistics supply chain service which provides a robust infrastructure to a growing range of organisations across Europe, India and Australia. We currently deliver services and spare parts logistics to over 16 European countries. The Technology Services Division has integrated access to central warehousing, field stocking locations and manned PUDO’s all managed and tracked by a comprehensive in-house stock and inventory managements system.
This network is supplemented by the use of a technical repair and filtration centre that currently repairs and screens a wide range of equipment and spares returned from the field.
